2. Sales Policy

  • New and Used Furniture: We offer both new and used furniture. Each item’s condition will be clearly stated on the product page, and all items are sold "as-is" with no warranties, unless stated otherwise.
  • Inspection Before Purchase: We encourage customers to inspect all items before purchasing. If you're shopping in-store, please carefully examine any used furniture, as it may show signs of wear. For online purchases, detailed photos and descriptions are provided for all items.

3. Payment

  • Pricing: Prices are as listed on our website or in-store at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Cash, Credit/debit cards, Acima, American First Finance, Progressive, Affirm.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your delivery address or local tax regulations.

4. All Sales Are Final

  • No Returns or Exchanges: All sales, both new and used, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds after the transaction is completed and the item has been delivered or picked up.
  • Exceptions: If a NEW FURNITURE Item is defective or damaged during delivery, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt. We will review your case and may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery Service: We offer delivery services for all furniture purchased. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout (for online purchases) or provided upon request (for in-store purchases). Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary based on location, availability, and delivery schedule.
  • Delivery Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure the furniture will fit through your doorways, hallways, and into the intended room. 

6. Warranty

  • New Furniture Warranty: New furniture may come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty details will be provided with your purchase.
  • Used Furniture Warranty: Used furniture is sold "as-is" and may show signs of wear. No warranty is provided unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information for your order, including delivery addresses and payment details.
  • Assembly: If your furniture requires assembly, it is your responsibility to either assemble it yourself or arrange for professional assembly services. We offer assembly services for an additional fee.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Collection of Information: We collect personal information such as your name, address, payment details, and contact information when you make a purchase. This information is necessary to process your order and deliver your items.
  • Use of Information: We use your personal information solely to complete your purchase, deliver your items, and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers).
  • Security: We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee complete security due to the inherent risks of online transactions.

  • Furniture Condition: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all furniture items. However, we are not responsible for minor differences in color, texture, or condition that may arise due to factors like lighting or screen resolution, especially for used furniture.
  • Liability Limitations: To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Couch House is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of our products, including injury or property damage caused by furniture use.
