Thank you for shopping with The Couch House. We take pride in offering a wide range of both new and used furniture to fit your needs. Please read our return policy carefully, as all sales are final.
All Sales Are Final
- New and Used Furniture: All sales, whether for new or used items, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the sale is completed, and the item is in your possession.
- Inspection Before Purchase: We encourage you to thoroughly inspect any items before purchasing. Our sales team is available to answer any questions and provide additional information or images to ensure you are satisfied with your choice.
Exceptions For NEW FURNITURE ONLY (Damaged or Defective Items)
While all sales are final, we understand that occasionally, issues may arise with your purchase. If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, we are here to assist.
- Defective Items: If your item is defective and reported within 48 hours of delivery or pick-up, we will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, including possible repairs or exchanges based on the item’s condition.
What You Should Know Before Purchasing:
- Used Furniture: All used items are sold “as-is.” We make every effort to provide clear descriptions and photographs of the condition of used furniture, but due to the nature of these items, returns or exchanges are not permitted.
- New Furniture: All new furniture is thoroughly inspected before being sold. However, please be aware that minor imperfections (such as small surface marks or slight color variations) may occur due to the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects.
No Returns or Exchanges After Purchase:
- Assembly/Alteration: Once you have assembled or altered the item in any way, it is no longer eligible for return.
- Delivery/Installation: Once an item has been delivered or picked up, we will not accept returns.
Delivery Fees:
- Delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Customer Responsibility:
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the furniture fits in your space and that you are fully satisfied with the item before purchasing.
- We recommend measuring your doorways, hallways, and room dimensions to avoid any complications after delivery.
